Uinta Brewing Co. Hop Nosh IPA: This is a good beer! Not a huge hop-monster, not a huge citrus finish. Simply the kind of beer you want to drink over and over. I consider this to be a mild IPA. By the time I was on my second gulp of the first bottle, I already knew I was going to enjoy a second bottle. This is that kind of beer Hop Nosh is.
